Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice of letting go. Yin calms the mind and nervous system, stretches the joints and connective tissues. The practice enables you to turn inward, focusing on the breath and stillness within.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, a method of Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) that allows you to scan the body and tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles in a place between wakefulness and sleep
While you are in deep relaxation I will send you Reiki healing to complete the class
These three techniques combined in a class will give you the space for the ultimate relaxation. Proven to help you with those sleepless nights, reduce stress, anxiety and create more balance in your life.
What you need:
️Yoga mat
Pillows
Warm blanket
Light your candles or incense
Make your space your little Yoga nest
Lay out your crystals (optional)
This class is suitable for beginners
