This section will assist you in:

  • – Understanding the different components of our lives using a spoked wheel example
  • – Understanding how each section can assist and alter your thoughts, affecting your mental wellness
  • – Providing the tools necessary to develop your ‘Wheel of Life’

Through this online resource we have looked at identifying things that can both help and hinder our wellness. Armed with strategies that can help us improve our wellbeing, this session looks at how we can isolate particular areas of your life that might need attention and where you can then use some of the tools we have developed so far.
