Are you working or volunteering in a role where you are supporting a person who is struggling with their mental health? Would you like to learn practical skills to enhance how you support them.

The Supporters Programme is a new and innovative programme for people supporting family members, friends, neighbours, people in their community and others who are struggling with their mental health on a personal (not professional) basis.

The programme is application based. If you are interested, please send an email with your name, phone number and the reason why you are interested in taking part of the programme to catherine@suicideorsurvive.ie.

This is an in person, full day programme at Carmichael House (4 North Brunswick Street, Dublin 7, D07 RHA8)
