Brian started parkHIIT in 2018 as a way to promote the importance of strength/ resistance training for people of all fitness levels. Suicide or Survive recognises and understands that supporting someone who is struggling with their mental health can be challenging. For this reason we have developed a new and innovative programme for people supporting family members, friends, neighbours, work colleagues, people in their community and others who are struggling with their mental health. The programme is application based and is being offered at a cost of €25 per participant for an 8 hour online course,
