A six month programme for people who have attempted suicide, are suicidal or have suicidal thoughts and/or feeling.

WRAP Programme

A 2 day self management wellness programme that gives people an opportunity to further explore their day to day mental health skills, strategies, triggers and actions plans.

Supporters Programme

Explores how a person can support a family member, friend or work colleague through empowerment, connection, movement and advocacy and also at the same time invest in their own self-care

Wellness Workshop

A 1 day programme that provides tips, techniques and skills for day to day mental health maintance
