Supporters Programme – June 16th & 18th

This programme teaches supporters practical skills they can use to support others, it gives information on what supports are available and how they can be accessed and teaches practical ways of looking after your own mental health. The programme focuses on supporting people who are struggling with their mental health and is not exclusively suicide focussed. It is designed for people supporting those in their personal lives rather than those doing so in a professional capacity.
